| This vintage bracelet is one I just picked up today from Willie Nezzie, Navajo Jewelry Maker. He was selling it for an old friend on the Reservation. It is from about the early 70's and in very nice condition. 5 Turquoise nuggets all about 1/4'' smallest width to about 3/8'' plus. They do vary a little in size, as they appear to be all natural. They are all set in saw tooth bezels and a nice Leaf pattern in between each of them. A lot of nice overlay Sterling Silver work shows that this piece was done by a master at his craft. About 3/4'' wide and measures about 5-5/8'' on the inside of the band with an additional opening of about 1-1/4'' giving you a total wrist size of about 6-7/8'' total. Now this piece could be bent slightly to make a more comfortable fit. I am also inserting a picture of Willie as I just took it today when purchased this among several pieces of his new items. Signed LT, but even Willie does not know this jeweler may have been. Thanks for your interest in this fantastic vintage Navajo Cuff Bracelet It weighs in about 39 grams total weight kk-207 Price: $228.00 |
| Just found this one and it is incredible. This pendant is a swivel head with all the bells and whistles you could want. First of all, it is Heavy Sterling Silver. The "head" or top piece is about 1-1/2'' across the tips of the horns and about 5/8'' high , not counting the bail. The bottom main body is about 1-3/4'' across the points of the top portion, while it is about 1-5/8'' tall at the center , not the tips. It is a recent find, and I cannot tell you how nice all of this micro inlay work is. You will just have to judge for yourself from the pictures I have provided. It is Hallmarked well, so there should be no problem with identification. It weighs in about 20 grams, so you can tell it is quite solid. The inlay work is just impeccable and far too many stones to list . Lapis Luzuli, M.O.P, Jet, and many many more. This is an incredible find. Thanks for your interest in this fantastic pendant. | This is a vintage cluster bracelet which I think could be Victor Begay. It is very heavy, 120 grams, and also extremely nice. It is about 3'' up and down on the main bezel, and about 5''across on the bezel and the wings. 12 small tear drop pendants of Turquoise on the wings, which are about 1/8'' x 5/16'' each, and about 35 semi round stones of Turquoise each about 1/8'' diameter and finally the larger Turquoise stones of which there are about 30 of them in the tear-drop shape which are about 1/4'' x 3/8'' each. 77 Turquoise stones total. Very heavy Sterling Silver (tested) and a super nice piece of older Navajo Jewelry. It measures about 6'' on the inside of the band with an additional 1'' opening giving you a wrist size of about 7''. Not much room for any adjustment whatsoever. | This is a vintage , most likely a one-of-a-kind handmade cluster bracelet. I say heavy because it weighs in about 100 grams ! It is massive, and really an interesting piece of jewelry. I have never seen before anything like the design on this incredible piece. It measures about 3'' x 2-5/8'' across and up and down the main bezel . It holds 1 larger stone of Turquoise which is about 3/8'' x 1/2''. Now the center stone is surrounded by 17 small stones of Turquoise each about 1/8'' in diameter. They in turn are surrounded by 25 stones in the tear-drop shape each about 1/4'' x 3/8''. Now the wings: Each wing of which there are two have a total of 6 teardrop stones each about 1/4'' x 3/8'' in size on the outer area and 6 round stones each about 1/8'' in diameter. Each side. Each wing overall is about 2'' x 3/4'' in size. No markings of any kind to be found, and this is actually normal for older pieces. Measures about 5-1/2'' on the inside of the band with an additional 2'' opening, giving you a total wrist size of about 7-1/2''. Now, I could write a book about this fantastic piece. But, I do not believe this piece was made for sale to the stores or tourist industry. Rather, I believe it was made for the wearer or someone special in the tribe. The work and detail are too intricate for the tourist trade. The stones: In the pictures, you will see what looks like cracks. They are the natural voids and matrix in the stones themselves. Which makes me believe that the stones are all natural Turquoise. Patina. I would not even begin to clean this piece, as it certainly shows the age and wear of this piece. The choice to clean or not to clean will remain your decision entirely. It is just one big, beautiful and very unusual piece. Thanks for your interest and time reading all of this. Item ID: kK-134 |
| This is an older bracelet, but is still brand new. I obtained it from a person that was selling off all of his mothers things in an estate sale, and this is part of the collection. I don't think it was ever worn more then once or twice if ever. Measures about 5" on the inside of the band, with an additional 1" opening which could be gently adjusted for a more comfortable fit. The main bezel is about 1-1/8" x 7/8" in size with a very nice saw tooth bezel holding the actual Sleeping Beauty Turquoise stone which is about 1' X 3/4" in size. Marked Sterling for the Silver content and tested. Sterling Silver is .925 per ounce solid silver. 23.7 grams total weight. Free Shipping anywhere in the U.S.A. kknb-043 Price: $188.00 |
