| This is a very special little Turtle Pendant and/or pin that is a very recent find over in Zuni , New Mexico. It is not like most of the turtles they make as this one appears to be all hand-made, from the hand formed and cut legs, to the hand formed head from a sawtooth bezel. It is inlaid with M.O.P. Jet, Red Coral and two different colors of Turquoise. Measures about 1-5/8" long by about 1-1/4" wide. Signed on the back and ready for you to wear. | Incredible "Eagle" by Zuni Jewelry Maker "Dishta" . This lady makes some of the most incredible inlay work and designs around. Just look at the fine detail work, that goes into making this piece. This and the pendant below are almost the same, but not quite. If you look very carefully, you will see that the only real difference is that one top right corner on each piece is slightly different in that one is Red Coral and the other one is Turquoise. Also is Jet all of which are inlaid into Sterling Silver. These are strictly a pendants. Measure about 1-1/4" tall and about 1/2" wide and both are signed on the backs. | This beautiful pendant or charm if you wish, is made by Hopi Jewelry Maker Dorothy Poleyma- Kyasyousie and is from the Badger clan residing here in Arizona on the Hopi Indian Reservation. She comes from a long line of Hopi Silver smiths, and it shows with this piece. All hand-made and it starts with the center of the front which depicts the "Sun" as per the Hopi Silver Guild. All hand cut out and then overlaid onto the thick and heavy base. Signed on the back D.P. which is of course Dorthy's Hallmark. Measures about 5/8" in diameter .
